You need to take action and not let anything get in your way of your goal. This is how you achieve anything that you do.

You need to be persistent, not ruthless, when it comes to achieving your goal. It is good to be persistent, this is a good quality for someone to have. So you cannot give up on your goal, but should be taking action to achieve it. And thank yourself mentally as well. When you are looking for a way to lose weight, you have to mentally prepare yourself and then it will all fall into place. While you will want to choose diets that conform to you, it is more important that you have the right mindset for this sort of thing. Set your goal and aim high, too. Then take that goal to a new level by making sure that everything you do is geared towards achieving that goal in a positive manner. You will succeed when it comes to losing weight if you are persistent, it is just a matter of time!
