What's The Healthy Weight Loss Rate?

Weight is a problem for almost everyone in this world, what with all the unhealthy processed foods that are readily available out there in market. However, because of this problem, a lot of people are looking for solutions, from looking for diets for quick weight loss, to using a diet such as the Mediterranean diet plan, and being more active than they before, as not only will losing weight help a person have a better body and feel good about themselves, but also, to help them avoid a wide plethora of diseases that are more likely to be diagnosed if a person is obese and overweight.
Although, losing weight isn't typically a problem for most, especially for those who are really determined to lose weight. There is actually such a thing that's "losing too much weight" at the same time, and that even though you are aiming to just burn body fat, there will be times that you will be burning more than just, especially if you don't know how much body fat or weight can a person actually lose in a week or a month.
In the world of fitness and health, it is generally agreed upon, due to the benefits of many researches and experiments, that the healthiest way to lose weight is by losing about 2-4 pounds a week, and more than that, would mean that you've actually done too much and that you may be endangering your health as well. Endangering means you're either doing too much physical activity, and that you'll be spent sooner or later, or, you'll experience a loss of bone density much earlier in your life.
Still, you can lose more than that though, depending on how heavy you actually are. For example, if the healthy weight for you is 150 pounds and that you're about 200 pounds, then you can go on and burn a lot, but, I doubt you'll be able to burn more than 10 pounds, considering that your fitness level will be quite low and that you'll have a hard time jogging for more than 30 minutes consistently.
Just remember, if you really want to lose weight and be fit and healthy, it is best to lose the unwanted fat in your body. Lose that, and you're good to go, even if you are slightly overweight, since, that would probably mean that your body mass is made up of more muscles now, due to the effect of weight training.
Plus, also remember that no diet meal plan in the world, even the infamous Mediterranean diet meal plan, and even the south beach diet plan, ever rival the effect of rigorous and religious exercise and weight training to the body and how it can help a person be fit and healthier and to have more confidence with himself. So, what this means to say is that the best way to lose weight is to jog, lift weights and be sure that you're doing all of them at a healthy rate, without even endangering yourself.
