Do You Need To Lose Belly Fat Fast

More often than not, people find that despite healthy diet plans and rigorous workouts, the belly fat refuses to budge. In fact, most often you will lose fats all over your body before losing the jiggle around your waist. But don't let this put you off the efforts to get rid of those ungainly love handles and the bulging belly. Here are some quick tips to help you.

Cut down on excess sugary drinks - Alcohol isn't the only drink which is high in sugar. Most sodas are high in sugar and also contain chemicals with dubious qualities for your health. These include Coca-Cola, Sprite, RC cola, 7UP, and so on. But it doesn't stop there: processed juices are also infused with sugars and chemicals. Avoid them as much as possible, and it will be easier to stop your stomach fat.

Eliminating all junk food or sweets is a great idea, but likely not feasible for your situation (or most for that matter). A better choice is to hide all of this junk food in a cabinet or pantry that is locked. The key or combination can be stored with a friend from whom you ask for permission or in a place that you must drive or walk to retrieve. This will force you to think twice about your decision before you tear into that pack of Oreo Cookies.

Drink more water and cut out sugary sodas. In terms of cardio exercises variety is key. Interval training can be very effective. This basically involves varying the intensity and time intervals during a given cardio exercise. This way you keep your heart rate up for longer periods of time. You also trick your body into burning more fat by demanding more energy.

The best exercise for strong belly fat is High Intensity exercises and resistance training. So, if your ambition is to lose more weight in 4 weeks time, then stop your gym practice and switch over to sprinting, incline treadmill, dead lifts, squats, bench presses etc. These exercises will work greatly in your abdomen area to melt the stubborn fat.

Follow jump rope workouts. All you need is a jump rope and some clear floor space. Also, it helps to burn more calories than running. If you have access to a pool, then consider swimming, as it a great fat burning exercise. You can also use a treadmill to burn off the stubborn belly fat. Set the treadmill on 10-12 degrees incline and then start walking or jogging. Warm up for 7-10 minutes and then do a cardio for 20-30 minutes.

Get rid of all your bad eating habits for a perfect start to shedding off your belly fat. Resist from snacking a lot between meals and eating junk food. You should resist oily and fatty foods, as these just make the condition a whole lot much worse. Eat a balanced diet rich in fiber, whilst also eating lots of fruits too.
