Olive Oil Skin Treatment - Avocado Facemask

Olive Oil and Avocado Facemask

In this Olive Oil Skin Treatment we will use olive oil together with avocado to create a very easy facial mask.
The results will amaze you!

The ingredients are:

? cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 small ripened avocado

First scoop out the soft fleshy part of the avocado into a mixing bowl
Mash the avocado until smooth.
Pour the olive oil into the same mixing bowl.
Mix together until it is smooth and consistent.

On to our Olive Oil Skin Treatment Facemask

Wash your face with warm water and a mild soap.
Pat dry your face with a dy cloth
Then drape a warm and damp face cloth over your face for a few minuets to help open your pours.

While your face is still damp apply the mixture to your face being careful around the eye area. Avoid direct contact with eyes and do not apply on eye lids. While not harmful it can be very iterating.

Leave the mask on your face for a 12 to 15 minutes.

Wash your face with warm water and pat dry with soft face cloth.

Now you will see how great your skin feels and looks.

What does this Olive Oil Skin Treatment does?

The Avocado is good for the skin because it's rich in omega-3 fatty acids keeping the skin plump, youthful and prevents it from drying.
It also contains vitamins C & E which together act as a great anti-aging remedy.

Olive oil Helps to slow the aging process of the skin and increases the skins
ability to retain moisture.

The Olive Oil's antioxidant fight against the formation of free radicals by healing the cell and prevent the free radicals from reproducing. Thus when free radicals have no place to grow this give way for the cell to gain it's health and rebuild.

Olive oil also contains vitamin E
Vitamin E also helps the body increase and control the levels of vitamin A.
Vitamin A is essential for new cell growth.
