Enterprise Hosting: The Way To Choose

Author : Gerardo Burns

Enterprise hosting is one of the trendiest ways that any major and even a small-scale business should not do away with. Here in the United States, the top two enterprise hosting providers which bundle as a business phone provider as well. These are NaviSite and AT&T.

The nice thing about these two is that even though they are among the largest telecommunications and Internet providers in the United States, they are also among the ones who offer cheap business phone service.

One of the services they are offering is the point to point T1. Point to point T1 is one product that private businesses need simply because they need the protection. You see, point to point T1 uses a bulk line ideally for large compounds which can host around 400 employees and information that travels to this line is mostly encrypted.

These companies admittedly offer OC3 too. OC3 is a network line with a transmission data of up to 155.MB. Believe me, that's already a fast speed but for a large company. So the products offered by NaviSite, AT&T and similar firms are bundled with a cheap business phone service, too.

There's one feature that these companies, although competing ones, have in common – they are all conservative in the consumption of electricity. For even though you have already ordered a point to point T1 or an enterprise hosting site, it will not just boost online security for your business, you'd have plenty of storage as well and then some like coordination of information.

Indeed, enterprise hosting is important for one's large business, even those small scale ones, as your files from as far back as 1978 need to be recorded on these storage sites. And then enterprise hosting is also a go-between among your clients as well as the government.

Point to point T1 on the other hand is needed if you've got hundreds of computers in your system. And the good news with these companies is that they also burn with DS3 which in others words is a T3 line and can store large chunks of data. In fact, a DS3 can transport as many as 672 channels and can carry both wired and wireless telephony as well. That is what I call as bundled cheap business phone service. Ain't that good?

So what are you waiting now? If you've got a business and even a small one at that, try the enterprise hosting services.
