1. Morning Spark - After a long night's rest, the metabolism is going to need a spark to help keep it running strong throughout the day. The two best ways to make this happen is to drink an 8 ounce glass of ICE COLD water (will cause thermogenesis which speeds up your metabolism), and also do a quick circuit training routine for about 5 minutes. A routine could be something such as 10 push ups, run in place for 60 seconds, 10 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, 10 squats, etc.

2. Water - Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of fresh cold water each day to help remove toxins in your body, remove water weight, improve your muscle tissue development, and more.

3. Sleep - Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night. This increases your metabolic rate.

4. Late Night Eating - Avoid eating anything (especially carbs) no less than 3 hours before going to bed to avoid reducing your metabolic rate.

5. Eat More Eat Less - Instead of eating a couple of HUGE meals each day, I recommend you get on a diet program that is based on eating several small healthy meals each day. This will prevent your metabolism from decreasing and will in fact skyrocket it to the maximum peak. Also, you'll be less hungry throughout the day and you'll get rid of those annoying cravings!

6. Shift Calories - One thing that REALLY enabled me to lose those 67 pounds quite easily was I got on a program that was based on a unique and extremely powerful dieting technique called shifting. What this method is based around is alternating the pattern of how you eat nutrients to prevent your metabolism from becoming complacent and instead boost it to the maximum for crazy fat loss.

7. Consistency - Once I firstly stopped all the fad dieting (low carb, low fat, low calorie, etc.) madness, then decided to focus my efforts on natural dieting, the only thing left for me to do was ensure that I was 100% consistent. The more consistent you are, the more you are guaranteed to get amazing results.

Bottom line, if I dropped 67 pounds in 4 months easily, consistently, and permanently with those 7 tips above, then I'm quite sure you too can experience incredible results if you follow those tips as well.
