Summer is the time to go out and enjoy the outdoors. This is when you take part in sports and activities with family and friends and also just relax. Just because your out of high school and don't technically have the entire summer for vacation doesn't mean that you should let yourself go. I saw last night on a few major websites that people who are inactive, smoke, drink excessive alcohol, and have a poor diet will lead to an early death in most cases. This should be an eye opener, don't get into shape for only the summer months, do it to enjoy the rest of your life. I have written before that you need to lose weight for you and not for someone else, Become a success story not a statistic.

When it comes to loosing weight it's not just the stomach area in all cases that needs immediate attention, but in most cases it is. What about your butt, those thighs, back fat, and those dreaded wiggly giggly arms? We want to really lose enough weight to regain our energy, lower our stress level and blood pressure in order to remain healthy right? Well these are only on the surface; there are many more health risk associated with being overweight so to eliminate the majority of them you should learn a system that works for you without wearing you out and breaking your motivation in the process.

As a former Military Fitness Instructor I can tell you that everyone wants to have a nice proportioned body but they aren't willing to do the work it takes to get there. They find themselves taking pills or using any products besides exercise to achieve their goals which sometimes work but its only temporary. Pills are for someone with a chronic disease and they have to take them for the rest of there life. Fat is not a disease so don't use temporary methods to achieve prolonged success.


(The butt) can see results using the warrior lunge exercises. (Arms) can see results using cross jabs with weights exercise. (The thighs) can see results from squats and a number of exercises. (Back fat) can see results by doing rows and bending deadlifts. And of course (The Abs), I recommend the plank, you can also use sit-ups, crunches, you name it there are a lot of stomach exercises and this area alone requires lots of work which in turn tends to make people lose motivation quicker because it's just too much work. You can find the proper ways and mechanics for these particular exercises online everywhere.

You must also eat right, to gain energy to conduct all of these workouts. Eat half sized meals every 3-4 hours, people who wait too long to eat have energy dips. Drink something, preferably water. There are plenty of good things to drink such as tea, Gatorade, vitamin water and anything that is low calorie and no sugar. The body is not always just hungry for food; it also craves liquid energy, 8-10 glasses per day. Increase your fruits and veggies, also try and buy fresher foods because they pack more vitamins. Get your Cardio in! It is the key to getting slim; it burns calories and fat to help you get lean. You should do 20-45 minutes of cardio workouts 3-4 times per week.
