Bachelorette Party Supplies For A Night You'll Never Forget

Author : Mike Colman

The day has finally come! Or, at least, it's coming. You're finally going to get married to the man of your dreams. He's your high school sweetheart, and you've been dreaming for years of the day when you'd walk down the aisle, smiling up at him through your pearl-embroidered veil, wearing your mother's dress.

As your wedding day gets closer and closer, it becomes clear that you're going to have to do it. You have to get it over with: the bachelorette party. You don't want strippers, and yet you don't want it to be overly classy. After all, this party will celebrate your last night as a single gal, and you want to go out in style. Lucky for you, you've selected your best friend as your maid of honor, and you're sure that she knows you well enough to select a great venue and pick great games and great drinks for your big night. But that doesn't mean you're not a little bit nervous too.

So many women have made big mistakes on their bachelorette parties - they've chosen all the wrong bars, or they've spilled big secrets after a few too many Manhattans. You won't be that bride. In fact, this will be a night you'll never forget, provided you can remember it!

First things first - you have to pick a location and a date, and once you've done that, it's time to send out invitations! Consider cute invites that read "Girls Night Out," which are slightly cheeky with their martini glass design, but still classy enough for the girl who wants to have fun without completely kissing her dignity goodbye.

If you're worried about your best friend doing all the planning herself, consider investing in the Bachelorette Party Book - Guide for Party Planners. This book will provide her with all the tips she needs to plan what will go down in history as the greatest Bachelorette party ever - without her needing to hire a party planner or tear her hair to shreds with stress.

You'll find that this book is jam-packed with fun activities, recipes, decorating hints, gift ideas and more. You'll discover great party themes, like Rubber Bash, Get Lei-d, Striptease and Find the Heart-on, as well as entertaining and hilarious games like Pin the Privates on the Pinup and We're Looking for a Few Good Men. Food and drink recipes, ridiculous clothing for the bride and where to get it, it's all in there. Not that you intend to wear anything ridiculous. You are a lady - and a lady who is about to be married!

Ridiculous isn't your style, but that doesn't mean you don't know how to let loose and have a little fun now and then.

Which is why you're totally, undeniably, not above a hilarious set of light-up engagement rings. These come in packages of six, so your whole bridal party can don them while you're out on the town for the big party. Add a little fun to your bachelorette party with these faux rocks, which are lit by batteries and a bit larger than the average engagement ring. These are also great for decorating the table at your bridal shower or wedding reception - but taking them out on the town for a night is sure to be the way to get the best use out of them. Of course, your husband to be might be a tiny bit offended when he sees that your fake plastic rock is bigger than the rock he gave you when he proposed - but once he figures out that this battery-operated device has nothing on him, he'll relax and let you have your fun.

Consider a set of pins for yourself and your bridesmaids, so that you can distinguish who's who when you're out and about. You'll wear the "Bride" pin, of course, and you should bestow a "Maid of Honor" pin upon your maid of honor, since she's the one that's doing all the heavy lifting when it comes to your big party. The rest of the gals can get "Just for the girls" pins, which are cute and remind the guys drooling over your group that this night is just about the ladies.

Of course, you'll also want to stock up on hilarious and ridiculous games that you will never, ever play again - but you can leave that to your maid of honor. She'll make sure you've got your "How well do you know the bride?" cards and your "Pin the Privates on the Pinup." There's really no shortage of what you can get, but rest assured that your maid of honor knows not to get you anything too embarrassing.

As you can see, there's tons of great stuff out there to help you have the best bachelorette party in history. Find the right gear for yours now!
