However, still, do make sure that you burn more calories than what you take in, as that is the most important factor when it comes to weight loss.

In fact, in order for a person to really lose weight, even without writing down all of those numbers and calculating the BMR is to just be physically active. Jog early in the morning, go the gym after you've had your rest from your early morning jog and play basketball or any other sporty activity while you're at it. Drink plenty of water and avoid any other fluid aside from it, and also, make sure to eat what is only healthy and if you're wondering what food are healthy and what are not, try to visit a dietician.

Also, most important of all, try to rest a little bit. Usually, when one goes on a diet regimen, especially for those who are really determined and motivated, a person usually forgets to rest and abuses his/her body. Granted, this can be done, albeit only for a few days though, and after that, one will be betrayed by his/her body, even with so much will and determination, and as such, the last fundamental when it comes to weight loss is proper rest.
