Losing The Desired Weight In As Little As A Month

The secret to losing weight is pretty simple. Exercise, eat right, eat less and add in a bit of weight training and sporty activities to the mix. However, in a world wherein people want to lose weight the fastest way, and that the best diet plans or best diet plan around are not able to meet the demands of most, people are actually confused and do not know what to do in order to lose and achieve their desired weight in as little as a month.

A month, though, is just enough time for a person to actually lose his/her desired amount of weight, provided that it doesn't go out of the boundaries of "healthy" weight loss, or more than 20 pounds in a month, and if one intends to lose more than that, then he/she has to be either really obese or overweight, or, either anorexic, or someone who sees him/herself too fat even if that is not the truth.

Anyway, in line with the topic of achieving the desired weight in a month or so, in order to do that, a person needs to apply and incorporate two things into his/her lifestyle, and that's discipline and determination, and to the mix a little bit of motivation, and voila, you have the perfect concoction ready to blast away those unhealthy body fats away from your body.

Do remember that a little math is required in order to lose weight and realize how much a person should burn. For example, an average person needs between 2,000-3,000 calories a day, and given your physical activity, that should reach about 3,500 calories, and to be safe, let's stick with that. In order to lose weight a healthy rate, and that's about 2-4 pounds a week, a person needs to burn about 14,000 calories in excess every week. Excess, in which, the calories burned apart from your daily diet and that means, everyday, you should be burning about 5,000 calories or so, included in the equation is your maximum daily diet.

Yes, it sounds like a lot of calories to be burned and in fact, that's quite a lot. If you were to jog that in a day, you'll typically need to run at a 5.0 miles per hour rate for about 26-30 hours in order to achieve that. However, given that the body already burns calories even when asleep and even when we do nothing, you don't need to that. Also, in order to help amp up one's metabolism and burn more calories, a person who wishes to lose weight is often advised to do weight training, as even though when actually lifting weights, you actually burn only as much calories or even less compared to jogging at the same rate as mentioned above, you burn more in the long run especially if you train on a consistent basis since you end up building more muscles, and even when doing nothing and even when sleeping, muscle burns calories continuously
