Network Marketing System For Goals - Breaking It Down To The Ridiculous

Creating success in network marketing is not effortless. Succeeding not only takes time, effort, and consistent action, but it takes starting with a good plan. Planning involves the initial step of defining your destination goals, and working through a process to determine the exact acitivity you need to do daily. This is a network marketing system for goal planning I learned early, and used very effectively in teaching my team.

Step One: Create a vision chart. The purpose of the chart is to define your exact wants. You'll want four columns including the goal or thing, monthly price estimate, reason why, and how it makes you feel when the goal is accomplished. It is very important in creating your vision chart, you put thought and detail into creating your dream lifestyle. If one of your items is to become job free, add that to your item column, next, your income replacement price, reason why and how you'll feel to be job free. Other examples may include your dream home, type of car you want, travel, etc. Carefully evaluate your reasons why, as they need to be compelling enough to cause you to work for them. Attaching emotion to each goal is essential. Often times, it is the feeling or the joy we experience from reaching a goal that is more compelling than the thing we gain.

Step Two: Have A Specific Money Target. After completing your list, tally your monthly estimation. That number will represent your minimal monthly income needed to attain the goals.

Step Three: Know the numbers. This is a detailed step in which you map out what is required to hit your target. You first need to understand your currency. If you market a product or service, you’ll need to determine your profit, and how many sales you would need to make total. For instance, with a target of $10,000 per month, and an average profit per sale of $500, it would require you make 20 sales monthly, or 5 per week, or 1 per day in a 5 day work week. Getting down to specific daily targets is important for the following step. With network marketing, since you also produce income through override bonuses, you can also figure the numbers based on team volume. If your target is $10,000, and your commission is 10 percent, you would need team volume of 100,000 monthly, breaking down to 25,000 weekly, or 3571.43 daily. Volume can be dollars or point value depending on the company. Let’s say you offer a business starter package valued at 1,000 point value. That would require your team to add about 3.5 new people per day into your business. Keep in mind this is only an example, as all compensation plans are different, some offer more and some offer less.

Step Four: Create an action plan. Succeeding with any network marketing system can only happen when you know the exact tasks to be completed each day. As soon as you identify your sale and team building goal for each day, you need a strategy to actually generate the sales volume. There are countless ways you can market and build a business whether online, offline or both. Your goal is to produce sufficient leads, and know what percent of leads convert to profits. You need to establish the number of contacts or impressions daily for you to reach your target. A beneficial place to begin is seek, for your personal company what the average conversion rate is for each strategy you might implement. This is all about knowing the numbers.

This four step network marketing system for planning your business truly works when you take the time to map it out, and follow the plan. Persistence is vital, because nothing happens overnight, and the sad fact is, most people quit out of impatience right before their breakthrough. Reality is, don't expect to go from zero to 10,000 in your first month, nothing is impossible, but it's not typical. This is your plan, so make sure it reflects your personal goals no matter how large or how little. The key is simply in knowing the specific details and action you need to take. If you're not happy with the strategies taught in your ogranization, then look for direction or training from other sources, because your success is your responsibility. Finally, take action, because results don’t just happen, you need to make them happen.
