E-Teaching: Education Online

Author : check buzz

Don’t you think that we, today, are dependent on social media for all information we need, in our day to day life? For every damn thing we don’t hesitate to take the lift from the so called social media. From a diaper suggestion to securities investment, from sunscreen lotions to bridal jewelry, for everything we need assistance. Whether it’s the need for travel guides or a suitable match for marriage, we look forward for the solutions sitting on our couch which makes us even more reliable to social networking sites.

Now if the whole stock is just one click away, why should education stay traditional? So now our teachers, professors and lecturers are all available online and ready to assist you either through sessions, forums, or through blogs. There are various virtual guides available which sit right with the students to assist them with their problems in any subject.

Some of such educational sites are:

1. Bestedsites.com

2. Topedusites.com

3. Mathsisfun.com

4. Origami-kids.com

5. msdn.microsoft.com

6. academicearth.org

7. MeritNation.com

8. complore.com

9. mba-tutorials.com

10. eduxcel.com

These sites, not only provide the reference but are designed in such a manner so as to present the whole syllabus in an easy and concise way. Now maths and science are no longer be the horror shows for the students. If your science teacher seems bore to you or if you have missed a session; not to worry, you can take the help of internet, copy the notes through the forums, and also attend the lectures online. For a trigonometry question or a chemistry reaction, you find the answer online and that too from experts.

Due to online availability of education, many parents no longer send their children to schools. I too agree with the fact that children’s get limited knowledge at schools. Their whole nursery year passes through learning A B C D or identifying animals in pictures, that’s it. Their next standard is passed while forming sentences. Learning is limited to just one or two areas throughout the year and the whole burden of covering the syllabus for higher education and other competitive exams is put onto a single last year of primary education. Is this fair enough into this era of Social Media…….? Nope!!

Online sources hold greater power to educate a child efficiently than the traditional forms of learning. There are more areas to explore and learn than provided by the classroom teaching. You would also agree with the fact that a human brain attains maximum growth in early childhood. So it’s truly injustice by forcing them into limited learning classes when they've got the brains to intake more.

So my dear readers - tuitions and copying notes from a friend are things of the past, it’s time to go online buddy!!
