1. Make time for yourself

Swimming is a fantastic way to exercise your entire body and have fun with your family, without overworking your limbs.
5. Breastfeed
You might find the idea of breastfeeding time consuming, especially when your baby needs milk every couple of hours; however breastfeeding has been discovered to use up up to 500 calories a day (or 200-600 calories).
6. Workout with friends
Going for walks or attending an aerobics class with a friend is an incredible way to keep yourself motivated and make sure that you exercise daily. Advice: if you are feeling uncomfortable with your body, why not ask a fellow mother to attend with you and use each other as inspiration.
