Candida Sufferers And The Doctors - Sharing And Suggestion

Author : Angie Lindsey

This article will discuss about candida and the doctor as part of candida albicans disease.

A friend of mine was sharing her story with me the last time we got in touch. She is a 25 years old woman, who has been experiencing unbelievable fatigue, much more than someone around her age should have, for the last 6-7 years. 2,5 years ago she took a turn for the worse and started having numbness and tingling symptoms, as well as cognitive problems, such as memory loss, confusion, etc. Since then, she has been shuffled from doctor to doctor. She has been diagnosed with everything from Multiple Sclerosis to Lupus to a stroke.

The latest diagnosis is CFS. She is going to a rheumatologist who is very well known for treating this disorder. So far, he has her on 2 anti depressants, a sleeping medication, and a beta blocker for some funky blood pressure disorder. She feels worse now than she did when she started medicating herself, and he doesn’t seem to see a corelation.

She decided to do some research on her own, since she is in the medical field and had several resources. She has just recently come across the candidiasis information which sounds just like her. She has been on birth control pills for 13 years straight due to cysts. She has been on antibiotics a whole lot, and she gets yeast infection at least once a month. She eats horribly, way too much sugar even for a healthy person. Her rheumatologist thinks this candida stuff is a bunch of hogwash, but she doesn’t sure. She has eliminated many of sugars and yeasts that she used to eat, and also taking vitamins and supplements that has been recommended. She feels wonderful and better than she has in years.

She needs some information about candida that is reputable enough for a doctor to believe.I recommend her to get the books titled “The Yeast Connection” by Dr William Cook and The Missing Diagnosis by Dr Truss, for she would find the required information about her health. You can try them, too.

If you remember correctly there have been a whole multitude of diseases that were at first ignored or shot down by the mainstream medical community. As to what your next steps should be, I would see a herbologist, or a naturopath. And definitely stick to a really strict diet. Its hard I know, but it really is worth it in the end. As to antibiotics, again, try to get away from them as much as possible.

I hope this article "Candida sufferers and the doctors - Sharing and suggestion?" has been informative for you.
