A Short Evaluation On Panasonic Sony And LG Lcd Televisions

Author : Kostantine Nikolopoulos

There is so much going on in the customer electronics and home theater industries with all this progress taking place in flat screen televisions

One of the key players includes %LINK1%. Retailers are full of lcd televisions, including panasonic lcd televisions, that offer the buyer a huge selection.

Another big brand, Sony, offers a collection of televisions wich also incorporate add-on peripherals that can accept other technoloies and platforms. With Sony televisions, the consumer will be able to combine YouTube, Netflix, Amazon video on demand as well gaming and television shows all downloaded over the web. With this feature consumers will be able to enjoy unlimited options by taking full advantage of their Internet connection.

While Sony focused much of their research and development on new feature expertise, LG, like the panasonic lcd televisions, has focused their attention on picture quality. All three LG models, including LG42LH90, LG47LH90 and LG55LH90 are considered some of the best quality viewing experiences in the lcd industry. All three of these models incorporate identical expertise in picture quality. The only difference between the three is the picture size. Connectivity of these televisions seems almost endless with four HDMI and two component video connection ports. They have even incorporated a USB port for digital photography and music enjoyment.

Panasonic entered the world of lcd technology to offer high quality picture for a less expensive alternative. The Panasonic models have proven to be a great alternative for the more budget conscious buyer. Three of the less expensive models, the Panasonic TC-32LX1, the Panasonic TC-L26XI and the Panasonic TC-L37X1 all offer great convenience with low cost.

With shiny, black casings, they look good while providing iPod connectivity through a dedicated iPod port. Like some of its competitors, it offers HDMI, three ports, analog PC input, RF input for cable, antenna or video game consoles and an optical audio output that has the ability to configure iPod music to attached audio components. Overall, the %LINK2% models offer good quality for less cost.

With the domination of LED into the LCD television market, both Panasonic and LG are doing well in terms of launching new models that adopt the new technology. Pricing is kept at sensible levels, although the price goes up in larger size models (mainly above 50 inches). Both companies also seem to cover a lot of ground in 3G expertise as well as we are expecting to see some great models to come next year.
