I had this problem NTL assigned me an irish IP.. what I did was to release my ip address and let my isp find me a new IP (search google on how to do this).. as I was going through a router I had to plug my computer directly into the modem and release/renew the IP.. then I cloned my router to have the computers mac address (a unique key each computer has).

Try Refresh the page. The UK has this thing called a television licence, it ensures our television is free from crap and is kept at a decent quality level. If you live outside the UK you cant watch UK television. Contact your ISP and request an IP that relates to the country you live. It should work then.
