They're not the same, and yes you can find scams in each but there are lots of legit affiliate marketing programs and also mlm's. But if you don't believe in the concept of paying for results then better you stay away.

I don't quite understand your question but if you're asking how is it all tracked for the affiliate and for the merchant, then the answer is "with affiliate software or an affiliate network". Hi peter,well comission is only paid if the sale is completed how we will know that 100 hits and 25 sales and we dont pay fot hundred hits. how affiliate get commision by hitting or when sale is complete how he come to know whether the hit completed into sale thanks
